After the cooling-off, the available self-exclusion periods will be presented for selection. The available periods are pre-defined and there are no variations to those periods. To proceed, you must provide a written email confirmation of your chosen period. If no response is received within 24 hours, the account will be reopened and reactivated by email confirmation.
Once the Self-Exclusion period begins, the account will be disabled and you will be unable to deposit or withdraw funds for the duration. Upon expiry, the account will automatically be re-activated unless you have requested ongoing restrictions or a longer exclusion.
During any self-exclusion period, you may not use the existing account or create a new account with Pglucky88. The operator will take reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion and to prevent promotional material from reaching excluded players. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances and for settlement of balances in accordance with our terms and conditions.
You may impose self-imposed limits via the My Account section, including deposit limits and wagering limits. If a limit is exceeded, further actions related to that limit are restricted.
